Airside Liability Proposal Form

This form is for the proposal of Airside Liability insurance. It is your duty to provide a fair presentation of the risk. To meet this duty, you must disclose all material information that the Insured knows or ought to know.

Failure to present the Insurer with information in a reasonably clear and accessible manner may adversely influence the ability of the Insurer to offer terms.
